Movement as the Expression of Energy
Energy becomes visible through movement.
It does not need intensity to exist. It appears in gesture, in attention, in the smallest act of response. Even stillness is a form of movement when it is chosen rather than collapsed into.
When energy is low, movement does not need to be large to be meaningful. A shift in position, a return to breath, a simple action—these are all expressions of presence within limitation.
Stagnation is not the absence of energy, but the absence of movement. And movement, however small, begins to restore what feels paused.
To move is to allow energy to be known.
