The Rhythm of Life Force

The Rhythm of Life Force

Vitality is not a fixed condition. It rises and recedes in cycles that are not meant to remain constant.

There are moments of expansion where movement feels natural and continuous. There are also moments of withdrawal where rest is necessary and form becomes still. Both are expressions of the same current.

When vitality is understood as rhythm, depletion is not failure. It is part of the structure of return.

Life force does not stay—it moves. Its strength is not in permanence, but in the ability to reappear.
